DOL 44 Capacitive Relay Sensor
DOL 44 is a 30 mm capacitive relay sensor for detecting feed, grain and solids, with a changeover relay output. It is used for level monitoring in silos and containers and for controlling filling and emptying processes.
The sensor is available in iDOL versions with NFC for configuration via SmartAdjust app.

DOL 44 is a 30 mm capacitive sensor for detecting feed, grain and solids, with a changeover relay output. It is used for level monitoring in silos and containers and to control filling and emptying processes.
Different options for different needs
DOL 44 is available in many versions, such as DOL 44RH with built-in heating for applications in cold and/or high-humidity conditions, avoiding condensation. DOL 44RT detects feed in tubes, while DOL 44R-33 has a 30/32 mm tapered housing.
Reliable functionality
DOL 44 is highly resistant to interference from electrical communication, such as mobile phones, and transients, such as those from motors and contactors. IP69K protection provides the highest level of protection against water and other liquids, for example during livestock-house cleaning.
DOL 44 has full temperature compensation and is highly robust against washing and electromagnetic interference.
The sensor can therefore be used in environments with frequency converters.
Easy to operate
The sensor offers reliable functionality and is easy to operate. Settings are easily changed using two trimmers and a small screwdriver.
A red LED clearly indicates the relay sensor's current status.
The future of relay sensors
The iDOL versions of DOL 44 represent the future of relay sensors. They feature NFC and are adjusted using SmartAdjust app. This makes iDOL 44 sensors easier to operate and more flexible than any other capacitive relay sensor.
The SmartAdjust app gives users access to more settings than a traditional sensor with two screwdriver-operated trimmers. The result is a more flexible sensor that can be adapted to individual user needs.

DOL 44 comes in a tapered housing — 30 mm at the tip and 32 mm at the base (cable end).
This variant is available with different voltages: 10-30 V AC, 20-280 V AC/DC and 90-265 V AC.
The tapered sensors also feature NFC for adjustment with SmartAdjust and built-in heating to prevent condensation in cold and/or high-humidity conditions.

Low or high voltage
DOL 44 for low voltage (10-30 V AC/DC) or high voltage (90-265 V AC) is a 30 mm relay sensor with vertically positioned trimmers.
This sensor comes with a smooth or threaded housing and a T-piece for mounting on a 40-60 mm conveying-system pipe.
The sensor is also available with built-in heating to prevent condensation in cold and/or high-humidity applications.

Universal voltage
DOL 44 with universal voltage (20-280V AC/DC) is a 30 mm relay sensor with horizontally positioned trimmers.
These variants are available with a smooth or threaded housing, with two or no trimmers, and with a specially designed T-piece for mounting on a 40-60 mm conveying-system pipe.

Universal voltage with NFC
The universal-voltage DOL 44 sensors with smooth housings, threaded housings and smooth housings with T-pieces are also available in iDOL versions with NFC.
NFC versions can be configured using SmartAdjust app. The app lets you do more with one sensor. For example, you can set iDOL sensors for an on/off delay and Max Run Timer simultaneously. Settings can be copied to multiple sensors, allowing identical configurations to be prepared before installation.

Choosing DOL 44
DOL 44 is a capacitive relay sensor for detecting feed, grain and other solid materials in tanks, silos and containers.
Start with mounting: DOL 44R has a smooth Ø30 design for a PG36/M40 gland, while DOL 44RG has an M30 thread for a Ø30 hole. Then match the supply from the complete SKU title: confirmed variants include 10–30 V AC/DC, 20–280 V AC/DC and 90–265 V AC. Functions depend on the exact model, so check its label and technical guide before ordering.
