Many farms and greenhouses need wireless communication between sensors and the control-system server. A conventional sensor and control-system setup requires sensors connected to the Internet. But many buildings have no Internet or a very poor connection, while wiring is labour-intensive and sometimes impractical. Sensors may be installed far from the Internet connection or even outside the building. This is where our iDOL 64 LoRa Gateway proves its value. The iDOL 64 LoRa Gateway lets you connect sensors wirelessly through LoRaWAN. The only wires you need are power cables; all communication between the sensors and your server is wireless. Our gateway has a modem with a data SIM card and sends data to the dol-sensors cloud so you can receive continuous data directly on your server through our API. The gateway supports direct wired sensor connections alongside sensors connected wirelessly through LoRaWAN.
